As first time homebuyers this process was very new to us; we had questions about everything and we were constantly looking for updates. Thankfully, Juliann and Gregg were always available and quick to respond to any and all requests, and they were excellent at assisting us with the execution of paperwork while we lived 3.5 hours away in Nevada.

Gregg was our main point of contact for most of that 4-5 month building period, and it was clear that he knew what first time homebuyers want and need in this experience- a ton of correspondence and great follow up. To top off those excellent qualities, Gregg is also kind, polite, and genuinely concerned and interested in your home buying experience. He checked in with us almost weekly via phone and email, and was quick to respond to our inquiries as well. There were a few times when we had questions about the time frame, upgrades, and other minor logistics, which Gregg coordinated flawlessly with the appropriate contact (usually the builder or our lender). We even had a deadline to be out of our apartment, which happened to be before our home completion date, and Gregg worked with the builder (Troy) and they were able to reprioritize some items for us and complete our home a few days early.

Escrow closed without a hitch, the house recorded, and Gregg provided us our shiny new keys (and garage remotes :-). We still see Gregg around, and even after all is said and done he still asks us how everything is and if there’s anything that he can do. "The home we bought in Brentwood is Great. Every body who checked the completed home from our friends and relatives were amazed at the construction, finish, modern equipment and space, windows, light, and paint. We are very happy with the house, everything that we selected was included, and construction was quick. The wide windows are great so is the large family room , that we regard as the best part of the house.
 
We were able to get pictures and progress report on the house all through the period from October to January due to the great help of Gregg. We are extremely happy to work with him, he is a GREAT asset to the organization. Ease of communication, prompt reply of questions, and friendly behavior are the main characteristics of Gregg. "My family is very pleased with our purchase of a Signature home in Brentwood.  We moved from Michigan to California in mid July of 2014 and in five weeks we moved into our new Signature home.  
We visited California in May of 2014 for our grandson's birthday in nearby Pleasanton and visited Brentwood as a possible residence.  We arrived in California on July 12 and July 13, 2014 we started house hunting.  One week after house hunting we were very fortunate to view Garin Corners in Brentwood and Gregg Betz was the Signature associate that showed us the house we ended up buying. Gregg was an integral part of the process for us wanting to buy a Signature home.  We felt the home was not only reasonable in price but there were many upgrades that inticed us to buy. Gregg treated us like family and his presentation of the house sealed the deal.  In less than a week we started the process to purchase.  We have lived here in Garin Corners for seven months and are happy with our decision to buy.  
One of our reasons for purchasing the house was the size of the kitchen/family room area.  We can comfortably handle my other two daughters families totaling 12 people when we entertain.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a house to research Signaure homes in the area that interests them and make sure they make an appointment to view.

"In July of 2014 my wife, daughter, and I moved from Michigan to the great State of California.  We lived with my youngest daughter from Pleasanton for five weeks as we were house hunting.  In six days time we were very fortunate to visit The Signature model home in Brentwood at Garin Corners.  Gregg Betz was our representative showing us the model home.  We were very pleased with the house and most lucky to have Gregg selling us the house.  If it were not for Gregg, we would have purchased a home from Pamilia homes on Walnut Blvd.  My wife and I have dealt with five real estate agents over the last four years.  We sold two homes in Michigan, had a house built, and dealt with two agents in CA.  Hands down Gregg Betz is a true professional and was the best agent.
